We strive to ensure every order arrives in perfect condition. However, if you wish to return an item, you may do so within 7 days of receiving your order, provided it is returned in its original condition with the original packaging and shipping label.
Return Conditions
- Personal care, cosmetic products, food items, and underwear cannot be returned once their seal has been opened.
- Products requiring professional installation must be installed by an authorized service provider to remain eligible for warranty.
- Clothing and footwear must be unused, clean, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
- Please record a clear video while opening your package to help resolve any issues.
- All original accessories, manuals, cables, warranty cards, and packaging must be included with the returned item.
- If your order included a free gift, it must also be returned when returning the entire order.
- Do not write on or damage the original product box. If needed, place it inside another shipping box.
- Remove any passwords, Apple IDs, or screen locks from electronic devices before returning them.
- Items that do not meet the return requirements will be shipped back to the customer.
- If a manufacturing defect, shipping damage, or incorrect item is confirmed, the return shipping cost will be covered by the supplier.

How to Return Your Order
After approval from our support team, send your package using a trackable postal or courier service. If a prepaid return service is unavailable in your area, simply send us a copy of your shipping receipt.
